Mostly highway and I'd think the AT would be prone to overheating the fluid if the tq converter didn't lock up from the extra load. I don't think an NA would have the tq to make the clutch start slipping on the highway. Conversely if you're doing a lot of stop and go, it's going to be harder on the clutch. Tongue weight shouldn't be an issue, as a set of wheels on a tire rack would be well over your tongue weight. FWIW, about 5-10 years ago I saw a NA hitched up to a ~18' jet boat at our marina.
